Creative Workshop - Ceramic Pinch Pot
CERAMIC PINCH POT WORKSHOP
Monday 13th May, 6pm to 8.30pm | Cost: £30 | Host: Gary Edwards
Reste, 58 High Street, The Old Town, Hastings TN34 3EN
Join us for an evening to learn the technique of making pinch pots. These little bowls are perfect on the table for salt and pepper or as a little trinket bowl in the bathroom.
The evening will start with a brief introduction to handling clay and its properties and you will then be shown the technique used to make the pots. You will get the opportunity to make three pots, small, medium and large. After a brief explanation of the firing and glazing process you will be able to choose a glaze option for each of your pots.
Your three pots will be taken away at the end of the evening, fired and glazed and we will contact you when they are ready to collect from the shop.
Ticket includes a glass of wine, soft drinks and nibbles.
