A large vintage Tabriz silk rug with a shorter weave and a finer knot than most Persian rugs. Made in Northwest Iran in a city with a reputation for its weaving tradition. This beautiful rug is in very good vintage condition, it's silky smooth to the touch and is finished with a long fringe.
