Lavender & cedarwood shaving soap
This vegan shaving soap is blended with lavender and cedarwood oils for a heady healing lather for the perfect shave.
Castor oil is used in shaving soaps for its ability to create and hold a lather. With antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties, castor oil works wonders for blemished or acne prone skin. It has astringent qualities that clear away excess dirt and old skin, and, while it's a moisturising oil, it doesn’t block pores.
Shea butter is a brilliant moisturiser. Packed full of essential fatty acids it helps to lock in moisture and improve skin's elasticity. It is often used in skincare routines to improve the appearance of stretch marks and scaring, and for its deep moisturisation and natural anti-oxidant content.
Sunflower oil is rich in Vitamin E and antioxidants, making it an effective oil to combat skin problems like acne and redness.
Green clay gently draws out and readily absorbs impurities in the skin, allowing them to be washed away. It stimulates the blood flow leaving skin feeling soft, supple and revitalised.

Standard delivery is £4.95
Our parcels to mainland UK are usually sent by courier and are therefore trackable but will require a signature so please give an address where someone will be available to accept your order. Sometimes smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class service and so no tracking details are available.
Orders for Northern Ireland and UK non-mainland will be sent by Royal Mail and there may be a surcharge for parcels over 2kg so please contact us for a shipping quote.
Express delivery
We can offer next day or express services. Please contact us first and we can give you an accurate quote and will work to meet your requirements.
International orders
For international orders please get in touch for a delivery quote. Please note, you may be charged for local import duties and
Delivery times
Delivery times will normally be between three to six working days. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours – where this is not possible we will get in touch with you to let you know.
Tracking
We will email you to let you know once your order has been dispatched and you will be given a tracking number. If you do not receive the item within five working days of dispatch please contact the courier to check the delivery status.
Failed delivery
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to a wrong/incomplete address being given or you are not available to accept delivery, then you will be responsible for the cost of having the item re-dispatched. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items when incorrect/incomplete address details have been provided.

At reste we really hope that you are 100 per cent happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. Please follow our simple guidelines below which will enable you to easily return your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please enclose a note with your name and order number inside the box that you are returning. Please note that any items returned without quoting your order number cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We do not except returns on items bought in store, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us and we may offer you a discretionary credit note if the items are returned within seven days.
Terms
When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 28 days of receipt of delivery.
Refunds will not be issued on items where the request to return is made after the 28 days of receipt of delivery.
When we receive your returned item safely then we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost.
Sale items and perishables are not eligible for a refund.
You are able to exchange your item for an alternative, although only after we have safely received your item back, and unfortunately we would have to charge for the delivery of the alternative item.
For International returns, you will need to cover any import duties that may arise when returning items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please email us within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include photos of the damaged/faulty item. We will be able to discuss a replacement or refund for you.
Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
